Position Description:  

The Product Analyst – Platform is responsible for working closely with the Product Manager as well as other internal staff and customers to help guide the direction of all customer-facing products.

Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate and document LBMX’s products and compare them against competing products and industry trends
  • Manage customer feedback and feature requests in order to recommend potential new product upgrades and refinements
  • Develop and maintain product expertise and leadership to both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Facilitate communication between Frontend and Backend development teams, UI/UX Design and clients
  • Assist in translating conceptual customer requirements into functional product requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers, analysts, quality assurance, technical writers and other product management team members
  • Consult on UI/UX design and usability
  • Understand all our company’s products to meet our current and future needs
    Participate in product planning and prioritization. Work closely with development, QA and design to ensure successful product launches and releases
  • Meet with clients, prospects, staff and partners to gain feedback on existing product(s) and new product(s)
    • Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects and assist in creating concept designs, SOW writing and documentation
    • Perform user acceptance testing
    • Assist migration committees on gap analysis
    • Assist in verifying platform – related documentation for completeness
    • Create and provide formal product training to support teams
    • Support> recommended approach on how to troubleshoot and support the product
    • Assist with defining our roadmap, partner with development and design for UI/UX, schedule concept & SOW delivery
    • Help oversee overall product life cycle from inception to obsolescence
