Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team! As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our products. You will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and support staff to create clear and coherent documentation. You will also be expected to learn how to use our products and understand the best practices for using them.

Documentation includes, but is not limited to, instruction manuals, articles, video scripts, best practice documents, and FAQs.


  • Study and learn LBMX software products independently and through collaboration with product managers, developers, QA, and support staff.
  • Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation .
  • Organize and write high-quality, user-friendly documentation that meets standards, is appropriate, and easy to use .
  • Use screenshots to increase users’ understanding.
  • Revise documents as changes are made.
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement .
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • University degree in relevant field, such as English, Communications, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask between projects and self-manage.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
