Project Manager/Business Analyst

LBMX seeks a Project Manager/Business Analyst to work primarily with our Buying Group Customers to implement our Group Solution offering. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and producing project plans and playbooks. They will also act in a Business Analyst role as they review, analyze and evaluate the needs of our customers to ensure our solutions provide maximum value.

The Project Manager/Business Analyst may be responsible for testing new functionality from time to time. They will also train clients throughout the implementation process.

The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills. They must be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and have a cheerful demeanour. The successful candidate will have strong people and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant departments and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Understanding needs of client and LBMX.
  • Acquire an understanding of LBMX software products.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Computer proficient.
  • Strong technical skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication one-on-one, in small groups or in large group settings.
  • Effective listening, asking questions to ensure understanding.
  • Understands LBMX products/services/business operations.
  • Supports LBMX corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Strives for continuous improvement.
  • Eliminates unnecessary tasks.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Experience Required

  • Bilingual (French) an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Project Manager experience or equivalent.
