Position Description:

We are looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator to work primarily with our teams/depts. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and organizational skills.


  • Assisting with planning/supporting conferences, company functions and other special events.
  • Manage written and visual marketing collateral for B2B software products, our sales team and other departments as necessary.
  • Project manage the creation of various outsourced content.
  • Coordinate social media strategy and create online context.
  • Assist with product management tasks as required.
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting marketing tasks as required.
  • Determine customers’ needs and desires through market research.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor's products.
  • Manage the creation of supporting material to bring new products to the market, including internal and external launch collateral.
  • Assist in early product trials, user interface design, and quality assurance.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


  • Communication skills are vital. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Should be able to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly on projects as changes are needed.
  • A strong drive for wanting to dive in and learn more about marketing, promotions, creative and media, PR, editorial and all others.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Experience Required

  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications.
  • Job related experience.
