Account Manager

LBMX is seeking an energetic career oriented individual to join our team. Working with a team is an important part of our company’s success.

Working for LBMX you will gain valuable experience dealing with clients from many nations. A typical salesperson will earn above $50,000 in the first year. The prospects you will be calling are already familiar with our company, so you are not spending you time on cold calling lists.

The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills. They must be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. A cheerful phone demeanour is a must. Additionally, you must be able to multi-task and take on additional tasks or projects as needed.

Computer literacy is required (ability to use Windows-based PCs, familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business applications) and bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively calling.
  • Correspondence including phone, email and fax.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls and emails from clients.
  • Reports as required on a timely basis.
  • Research from all sources to acquire leads.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Track all orders and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle customer inquiries.
  • Continue to grow sales and profit within assigned territories (if assigned).
  • Recommend improvements to sales process, product offering, etc.
  • Work independently while being supervised by sales manager.
  • Consistently delivering the desired customer experience during all customer interactions.
  • Use sales tools to record daily sales activity.
  • Presenting a professional image.
  • Follow-up and correspond with customers as required.
  • Act as an advocate for customers within internal meetings and discussions.
  • Perform other assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess an aptitude to learn new sales and marketing approaches.
  • Proficiency with standard PCs and software (Windows, MS Office, Outlook).
  • Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.
  • A Team player who networks effectively with other organizations key decision makers.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Experience with sales and marketing software.
  • Occasional out of town travel may be required.
  • Strong verbal skills and ability to develop rapport with people over the phone.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to use standard business software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to eagerly take on new tasks as required, even if they are “not my job”.
  • Passion for constant learning.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is also an asset..

Experience Required

A post-secondary degree in Business or Sales & Marketing, or a B-Com degree with experience in technology related sales, however will consider the right candidate with a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
